Atomic Absorption Spectrometer

Principle: Atomic absorption spectrometer also named atomic absorption spectrophotometer, it can analysis metal elements base on the characteristics of radiation absorption from the action of atomic vapor.

Usage: It can measure trace and trace elements sensitively and reliably, to measure the content of Mn, Fe, As, Cu and other metal elements accurately.

Supersonic cleaner

Principle: Ultrasonic cleaning equipment includes two parts: ultrasonic generator (also called ultrasonic power supply) and energy converter. Ultrasonic generator changes the power frequency to high frequency signals that more than 20KHZ, then transport to energy converter through high frequency cable.

Usage: Generally ultrasonic transducer is fixed on the bottom of cleaning tank, cleaning tank is filled liquid fully, when the transducer is turned on high-frequency voltage, its piezoelectric ceramic element will have longitudinal vibration happened under the effect of electric field.

Spectrophotometer

Principle: Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer uses new technology, with powerful functions, adopts the technology of the monochromator, wavelength range is 190-1100nm, it is the general instrument in the analysis field of various related to water and wastewater.

Usage: To measure the content of NO3-, NH3, SO42-, Cl- and so on non-metallic accurately in leaching liquid or lixivium for customer. Also can measure customer’s metal elements of liquid sample expediently and quickly.

HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)

Principle: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) use liquid as flowing phase, using high pressure transfusion system, pump single solvent with different polarity or mixed solvent with different proportion, damping fluid and so on flowing phase into chromatographic column that with fixing phase, when each components are separated in the column, enter detector for inspection, so as to achieve the analysis of sample.

Usage: Quickly to inspect the component and content of user’s organic compounds (extraction reagent).

Gas Chromatograph

Principle: Gasify the samples that will be analyzed in sampling mouth, then be taken to the chromatographic column, based on the mixture of inspection components have different chromatographic column of retention performance, to separate the components, to import detector one by one, to get the inspection signal of each component. According to the sequence of importing detector, after comparing, can find out what composition it is, according to the height of peak or area, can calculate the content of each component.

Usage: The components research and production control in the field of organic synthesis, and quickly to inspect the composition and content of user’s organic compounds (solvent).

Microwave generator

Principle: Microwave technology is applied in organic synthesis reaction, the speed will faster tens and thousand times than regular methods, and can compound new material that is difficult to generate by regular method, the technology is widely used in new material, pharmaceutical, chemical and other related research and teaching field.

Usage: Real-time monitoring and control the temperature of reaction vessel by using infrared temperature sensor of high precision and non-contact, and together with two mixing ways of electromagnetic and mechanical, in the process of reaction, can do the operation of condensate returned, dropping liquid and separating water etc. This instrument not only can be used in synthetic reaction, but also can be used for microwave extraction reaction of atmospheric pressure.

Rotatory evaporator

Principle: Through electronic control, to rotate flask constantly in most suitable speed, so as to increase the evaporation area. Make evaporation flask in vacuum state by a vacuum pump. The rotating evaporation flask is placed in water bath for constant heating, the liquid is heated, diffused and evaporated in negative pressure rotating flask. Heat the solvent of distilling flask in the heating bath, the heating temperature can close to the boiling point of solvent, also can be rotated same time, the speed is 50 to 160 r/min, the solvent is made to thin membrane, increase the evaporation area. Besides, under the effect of high-efficiency cooler, the heat steam can be liquefied quickly, to speed up the rate of evaporation.

Usage: Used to distill large quantity effumability solvent continuously under vacuum condition, especially for concentrating extraction liquid and distilling receiving solution of chromatographic separation, can separate and purify reaction products.

Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)

NMR used for study the absorption of nucleus to Radio-frequency Radiation, it is one of the most powerful tool to qualitative analyze the components and structure of various organic and inorganic, sometimes can do quantitative analysis.

Usage: Usually together with liquid phase and gas phase to inspect user’s organic phase, inspect the effective components, to get the ratio column of organic phase degradation and hydrolysis, so as to develop the special solutions for customer.
